Would you like to receive a different size, color or alternative?
Online purchases can be exchanged for free if the item is in its original condition and contains all labels and price tags. You can indicate the desired item or size/color on the return form. As soon as we have processed your returned items, you will receive a new order confirmation with the accompanying Track & Trace code. If you want to exchange the item for a completely different product, please make sure that you write down all the correct information (color, size, etc.).
Online purchases can be exchanged in two ways:
1. Free in one of our Maro Mode (Bijenkorf stores are excluded).
2. Exchange your item(s) via PostNL with the supplied PostNL return sticker. Write the desired size or color on the return form or indicate that you are looking for an alternative item.
If the item is in stock, we will send it to you as soon as possible and the purchase amount will be settled. If the item is not available we will contact you. If you are looking for an alternative or would like advice, you can indicate this on the return form.
Please note: With Klarna it is only possible to return items, not to exchange them. Then order the desired item and/or size yourself and pay again.
