Returns
When packing your order, we check all items to ensure that they are shipped in good condition. However, something can go wrong or not be as desired. You therefore have the right to return the package within 14 days of receipt.

When returning, please take the following into account:

• To return item(s), you must register your return online in your account.
• The items must be returned in their original condition including price tag. Make sure that everything is properly packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport.
• The costs for returning are at your own expense.
• The returned items will not be taken back if: they have been worn or washed, they are damaged and/or you have tried to repair damage yourself.
• When refunding money to your account, we aim to transfer the amount to your account within 5 working days.
  

Sale items of 50% or higher cannot be returned.
